Bryan Godmare has diverse expertise in the concrete and flooring industry. His journey began as a concrete laborer and finisher, where he honed his skills in concrete moisture mitigation and placement. In 1998, he took the entrepreneurial leap, establishing a small company focused on repairing concrete spalling and salt damage, showcasing his commitment to quality craftsmanship. Following this venture, Bryan transitioned to the role of a resinous flooring sales and technical specialist at Valspar Flooring, where he dedicated nine years to mastering the intricacies of epoxy flooring and urethane cement. His passion for the industry and knack for technical solutions led him to Sika Industrial Flooring, where he served as a regional manager and ESD tech specialist for eight years. In 2014, Bryan returned to DCS, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of flooring design and repair. His skills encompass concrete placement for polished concrete and extend to a broad spectrum of flooring solutions.

Lindsay Godmare has crafted a dynamic professional journey marked by her commitment to excellence and a diverse set of skills. Born and raised in Proctor, Lindsay graduated from Proctor High School with a solid academic foundation. Eager to pursue higher education, she enrolled at Lake Superior College, where she earned an Associate of Arts degree in Dental Hygiene. In 2006, Lindsay joined Duluth Coating Solutions, where she has been an integral part of the team ever since. Her dedication to her work and the development of her skills have made her an invaluable asset to the company. Lindsay's proficiency in managing time, fostering open communication, maintaining organization, solving problems efficiently, and overseeing employees has played a crucial role in her professional success.  Outside the professional realm, Lindsay's interests and hobbies reflect her love for adventure and nature. She enjoys traveling with her husband and three children, indulges in camping excursions, tends to her garden, and relishes spending quality time outdoors and on the lake.
